Paul’s career in the ageing industry has spanned two states, over two decades and across the spectra of service provider, industry adviser and government official.

With qualifications in human services, training and management, Paul is passionate about ensuring the voices and lived experiences of older Australians are respected and celebrated.

Paul has proudly led the commencement and diversification of home care and wellness services across BallyCara in collaboration with a great team of professionals. Paul is currently leading a range of initiatives to ensure BallyCara attracts and retains a talented team of staff as the organisation continues to grow.
