At Caras’ & Co Wooloowin, you’ll receive support and advice on your Home Care and Wellness journey with tailored options that align with your individual needs and preferences. Our Wooloowin location is also home to a coffee cart with seating where you can relax before or after your classes, or come in for a cuppa and chat.
We have a range of wellness classes and therapy opportunities including Strength & Balance, 1-1 Exercise Physiologist sessions, Tai Chi, and Remedial Massage Therapy, as well as our Invigorate Social Group.
Invigorate by BallyCara is BallyCara’s personalised group sessions, embracing your individual background skills and passions to enhance and provide you with a range of exciting activities that are unique to you. This social group will prosper your happiness, motivation, and potential in a small group setting.
