Health and wellness is an individualised lifelong process. I believe that we can all achieve a positive sense of well-being by routinely setting ourselves personal health and wellness goals. Be it physical, social, emotional, spiritual, cognitive, or occupational. Yes… this can be easier said than done, but don’t let that stop you! Family, friends and health and wellness professionals can be a great support in this process.
