If you buy a sick plant you cannot "fix" that plant. But you can give it the right conditions to help it thrive again - the right amount of water, sun and good soil with added nutrients. It will then do the rest. You are like a plant and my expertise is knowing what the right conditions are for you to thrive.

How do you stay active?
I live in a high-set house so walk stairs at least 50 times a day! I garden & mow the grass. I ride my bike to the gym 5 days a week & walk to the shops instead of driving.
